My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were nicely done, with everything I needed, although it was a little odd that I had to unplug the TV and turn it back on to get a picture. The cleanliness was top-notch, although there was a minor issue with cleanliness at one point.
I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were large and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay, but some areas were not as attractive as I had hoped. The service had its ups and downs with some racial prejudice encountered, and a bit of confusion over unnecessary fees. The location was quite convenient near various amenities, but not without its downsides compared to other options in the same area. Dining left much to be desired with time-consuming explanations and missing essentials, even though it came with the rate.
